Lake Oswego Summer of Music
Who doesn’t love free concerts AND free ice cream?
Every Friday and Sunday until the end of August there will be concerts held at the Millennium Plaza Park. The first 100 attendees will receive complimentary ice cream as well. Friday Summer Splash Concerts are from Noon-1:30pm, while Sunday Moonlight & Music Concerts are from 6-7:30pm.

Street Maintenance Projects Begin in July

City of Lake Oswego is set to start their pavement preservation program this month. Scheduled work includes slurry seal and paving. If you are directly affected by these projects, you will be sent information about what to expect.

Market Action Report for June 2010
The average sale price for June 2010 declined 3.3% compared to June 2009. The median sale price also fell 4% on a month-to-month basis, comparing June 2010 to May 2010, the average price went up 5.2% and the median price grew a slight 0.4%
